Welcome to the Cooper Union Library's room reservation system!
We've set up this system in order to prevent scheduling conflicts with student groups hoping to meet in the library. Holding group meetings in the main room can disturb those trying to study, so this system allows you to reserve space in either the Upstairs Room or the East Room.
Please note that reservations are for specific time slots. We rely on groups to keep track of the time and vacate the space as scheduled for following groups.
Click "Reserve Room."
Click the drop-down menu to choose a date, then choose a time.
Click "Submit," and enter your name and email when prompted.
This is a mediated system, which means you'll receive an email indicating whether your reservation has been approved, or if there's a conflict. The room is not officially booked until you've received the approval email!
